The location of this place was fantastic. I was able to walk to St. Mary's, downtown, and the Hy-Vee shopping mall. I used very few cabs in my month in Rochester. V is also a great host. She checked in with me periodically and addressed any concerns I had (which were few) immediately. The apartment is comfortable, and an excellent value for the price.
