Just 3 block to Mayo Clinic is our  one bedroom plus den attic apartment at the Grey House. It is fully furnished, including linens and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. It has a separate stairway entrance from the main unit. This is a short-term rental, available to rent weekly or monthly.

The Grey House is a Duplex, with a two bedroom one bathroom unit on the main floor and a one bedroom plus living room on the top floor. The house also has a one bedroom attic apartment.

The main floor two bedroom unit has beautiful original woodwork, a large living room and dining room. We have taken great care to provide you with comfortable furnishings so that your stay in Rochester is a pleasure.

The Red House

The Red House is a four bedroom, two full bathroom house located near RCTC and Olmsted County Hospital. We are renting the entire house for a one year lease starting June 1st 2017.

The Blue House is also our largest property with 2500 square feet of living area not including the basement! It has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, bonus room, partially gated backyard, and an extra large garage.
